Return Policy

We want you to be happy. We also want you to know that when you purchase products from Sediva, you are purchasing new products, not products that have been returned, or even worse, used. Sediva does not sell used or returned products for obvious ethical and hygienic reasons.

Therefore, a return policy which ensures the health and saftey of our customers must be strictly enforced. Most customers understand and appreciate the fact that we take this position.

Defective merchandise will of course be exchanged with identical merchandise.

  • Exchanged items Due to Product Defect:
    If any item malfunctions within 15 days of receipt due to defects in materials or workmanship we will exchange your product for an identical product.
  • Exchanged items due to Customer Dissatisfaction:
    Generaly speaking, all sales are final however, each situation is different. Sediva strives for 100% customer satisfaction and we work hard to ensure that every customer will be completely satisfied with their purchase. We handle return and exchange requests on a case by case basis.

    If you feel that you have a legitimate reason to request an exchange or return please contact us within 15 days of receipt and inform us of your reason for dissatisfaction (we can not improve if we do not know why you are dissatisfied). We will work with you to arrive at a mutually agreed solution that is fair and equatable for everyone.

      If there is a problem:
    • Contact us as soon as possible.
    • Keep all packaging and shipping materials until the matter is resolved.
    • Contact us and we will promptly help you.
  • Undeliverable or unclaimed packages:
    All orders returned as undeliverable or unclaimed will be charged a 15% restocking fee plus shipping charges.
  • Cancellations:
    A request for cancellation can be issued at any time before an order leaves our warehouse. If we receive a request for cancellation, we will do everything possible to intercept an order and cancel it before it leaves our warehouse. We are unable to cancel orders that have already shipped.
