Instructions

• Account ID: Enter any combination of letters, numbers, hyphen, underscore or period (dot) as your unique ID for Sediva. If you choose an ID that is already taken, the system will tell you and you can try again. Account ID's require at least 2 characters minimum and 16 characters maximum.
• Password: Enter any password of your choosing containing a minimum of 4 characters and a maximum of 16.
• Verify Password:Enter the exact same password that you entered above. This confirms that you have not accidentally mistyped your password.
• Remember me when I return: Placing a check in this box will instruct the system to place a "cookie" on your computer which will automatically log you in each time you return to our site.
