- Shipping your order from our private warehouse and not using a Fulfillment Center.

It is a common misconception that you must fill out and return the "manufacturers' warranty" card, which is contained inside many of the products we sell in order to activate your product warranty; this is untrue. If you fill out and return the warranty card you may find your name and address on the marketing lists of companies who's products and services you may find objectionable. - Shipping your order promptly. Many times your order will ship the same day you place it. When you place an order with Sediva, you will be given guaranteed shipping and delivery dates for your express shipments (1, 2 and 3 day service) and estimated shipping and delivery dates for ground shipments. We GUARANTEE express shipping and delivery dates or we will refund your shipping charges, no questions asked. Ground service packages usually arrive on or before our estimated delivery dates. - Ensuring that our web site accurately portrays the features and details of all items we sell. At Sediva, we do our best to ensure that each item on our web site is accurately described and photographed, we are not perfect, but we try. If you feel that the item you received is not identical to the item that is described on our web site, simply contact us and supply the following information.
- Your order number
- The item name and number
- The specific reason that you feel the item was not accurately described on our site. Example, "item is longer, shorter, wider, thiner than measurements on web site", "Item does not have specific feature as described on web site", etc.
- Guaranteeing each and every item we sell. If your item is defective in materials or workmanship within 15 days of receipt, we will replace your item with an identical item free of charge.
