The photo of this butterfly is not really accurate because it doesn't show the back side, where the action actually happens. My wife has to position it just right because the small bead at the bottom of the butterfly is all that actually fits between her lips. The battery pack is very square and flat and takes up the entire space behind the wings unlike some of the other butterflies out there. However the jelly is soft and comfortable for her. The batteries that are included really suck, some duracells will quadruple the range and power of the butterfly.
